Decking area to be replaced

Karl turned up to give us an estimate , he talked and advised us on different ways the job could be done ,we ask to give us estimates on two of the ways he advised and within a few hours they arrived on my computer. my wife and i was so impressed i rung Karl up the flowing morning and gave him the job, he said three weeks, and to his word he turned up with his team and did a great job.
